Facebook Ads: Payment declined but it's valid

Hi,

I use facebook ads since today and my pre-auth was declined for unknown reasons.
But in the meanwhile, I just paid a few times with the same credit card.



Only the pre-auth is not working.

And here's the payment which I made a few minutes ago:



Now the account is still blocked / revoked so my ads are actually stopped and halted.


Anyone has experiences with that?
