I haven't bought a website but anything I see on Flippa for less than ~$5k seems like it could be duplicated in a week anyway. I'd agree with the other posts to spend the money on a good domain and some content.

Spend it on education. Books, courses (carefully chosen), or ~$1k startup and just start failing forward until something sticks.
