Good idea mate. May as well follow those who are actively engaging. May I ask what "scrape their followers" means? Appreciate the responses guys!

So when I do the following of the most recent followers of a big account, do I just follow one every few seconds or something?

My account is a bit over a year old.

If so, is there a specific way to drastically minimalize the chance of this happening? My tactic is every now and again I to go to a large account in my niche, follow the top most 60 recent followers of theirs, and then every hour I un-follow 60 as well. I follow a maximum of 500 people a day.

What do you mean by follow ban? You get banned from following people when you unfollow someone? For how long?
