Sell Social Media services to small Mom and Pop shops. I used to manage my dentist, doctors, etc SM accounts and charge a monthly fee. So many people in those practices feel like they need to be on Social Media but have no idea how to do it. They'll gladly pay for the service

Provide value catering to the demographic, then present products or services they will genuinely be interested in/appreciate. For instance if it's a list of hardcore hikers, perfect demographic to send offers for boots, etc. Team up with a product provider and take a cut of the sales.
