Buying Email List

I'm going to buy e mail list, than will hire the service to send it out.
Do first, last name, city is important in this case or I should get just emails only?

Does bulk mail senders have the option to load first names as well, with the list?
or just email list only?

Yes it have options , Best is use phplists. its an open source php script.

Wasting your time with spammy emails. Maybe good 10 years ago, but people are too used to getting junk mails from complete strangers, I know I am. If I don't know you or your email, it goes straight to spam box, I don't even open it no matter how amazing your subject line is. Just saying. There's better ways to make money (and not waste it)

Agreed with ettienne... equivalent of sending coupons in the mail in this day and age
