Can confirm that ghosting is true. Used some follow tracker to see who are my new followers, apparently there're some accounts looking spammy just started following me 2 minutes ago. But checked it again on my instagram app, they don't appear on my notification at all.

What i mean is the advertising agencies spend hours and hours everyday on behance looking for artists. If it's genuine good work, the curation team will feature the projects. It's not organic. No you can't advertise on Behance. Different rule of game.
