Use duplicator (plugin for wordpress site free to use) works awesome. make sure you clean private details from the ftp folder before u use the duplicator since it duplicate the wole ftp map and mysql data base. easy to use btw just click 3 times and you have the backup.

I have tested it, yes it works but after a while my redirects where penalized by google when i when over 5 redirects from the same ip. 2 redirects from the same ip works for me. you need more redirects spread it over multiple hosters. it works but they are very strict on penalizing to much...
