In most cases yes. They usually stay around the 260 - 280 range and then I'll wake up the next day and they pop up to over 300. It also all depends on the post as well. The better photos tend to get the most likes. Good luck getting your engagement up too!:)

I've explored youkre8 once before in the past. I got 1000 followers in the month that they said people would average 3000. For 100 dollars I don't think it's worth it.
