I dont think so i have used more then 8 vendors who have given services time to time and flawless with ad reports on the very ads which were rejected by my account and another one, while i was able to place ad on supported language. So i HIGHLY doubt the conventional methods you are talking...

I think you need some more posts to pm a person in this forum. For time being i am still using easy way out just paying someone. I dont mind paying but the problem is they dont place the ad the way i want it and even that money gets wasted. and its a lot

As far as I have asked some of people working. Within YouTube they say that it is a wide phenomenon and occurs in most unsupported languages as there are very few languages supported by YouTube. I have even have friends in YouTube headquarters for them it is a trivial issue and anyways YouTube...
