What kind of ads are you trying to run?
Usual new music videos nothing else. Many people get them approved. So what you suggest is to open as many new accounts and spend on them . i have accounts of over $2000 spending but i see no difference. There seems to be that other guys i take service from use different ip address to get ad approved . rest i a totally in black . This problem is with many unsupported but popular languages. Yet the userbase is more then 50 million. But yes for many guys i know its not a problem , all i have to do is pay them almost twice and yet have to be dependent upon how they place the ad
Mostly punjabi, but also Himachali, haryanvi and bhojpuri
I dont think so i have used more then 8 vendors who have given services time to time and flawless with ad reports on the very ads which were rejected by my account and another one, while i was able to place ad on supported language. So i HIGHLY doubt the conventional methods you are talking about are even used by them. And its a safe bet that right now there might be 10-20 display ads which are unsupported. Even though some might make through coz punjabi resembles hindi language but others languages i have no idea how these guys hack and get it approved.
