Like state above you can just rename your page, but if you are worried about your rankings you can easily do add a bit of code to your .htaccess file (Depending on your server setup) to change the file extensions back to HTML.

I will definitely keep everyone updated. I sent a bunch of emails to local hotels, auto mechanics and night clubs. Living in Virginia Beach is nice as it is a HUGE tourist area :) Nice sized businesses.

So should I just say something like the follow? I help to rank local businesses, like yours, on the first page of Search Engines like Google and Bing. Using that to replace me saying that I am a SEO specialist?

Well if you are looking for a template then you should check themeforest. I am not one to really support templates, but if someone to were to ever go that route I would always suggest them. Just Google Theme Forest. As for a custom theme I would be willing to help you with this ;)
