though adult traffic is messy and moveable, try not to lose your audience by putting extra sh!t there... selling skimmed traffic would be the cleanest and most long term way in my oppinion

If you have time and energy to buy the site and bring it back to use then thats a good startegy to go for. but its tons of headache and i basically would not bother spending my time in functioning something like that... buying and reselling (flipping) is easy and requires no effort but probably...
