Hey guys, I need help with some extremely targeted and active emails (not opt-in)

Hey guys

am looking for someone to help me send emails to non opt-in users. (looking for a BH quality mailing service)
thing is, its relatively small rate (thinking about sending under 10k tops emails a day.)
it's an extremely targeted crowd and the CR should be of the charts...

really finding it hard to find any kind if service that's suitable for my needs.

so if you guys have any way to help i would love to hear from you.

also ok to hear some JV ideas if you've got any

My advice would be to get an offshore VPS and do it yourself.
