Short backstory: Made an account in the fitness quote niece 8 monthsa ago. Got shadowbanned for doing too much follow/unfollow and likes/comments MANUALLY (500 follows a day + several hundred likes). Got unbanned a few days ago (apparently switching to a private acc for a few weeks helped)...

Does it help doing F/U manually? Ive never used a bot but did everything manually and i got shadowbanned...i dont know how to show ig that im not using a bot

My posts appear in the top section but not in recent....wtf???

I tested this 4 days in a row with 4 different posts (i put the hashtags in the caption, not in the comments). The website says i am not shadowbanned. However if i search the hashtags with a tor browser (not logged into instagram) my posts dont show up! For me this thing is inaccurate....

Same here. It loaded pages on web-ig but you couldnt interact with the site

I used a third party app to mass unfollow. did follow manually. recently got shadow banned. Dont try it, its too risky

Most likely you are ghost banned or IG is purposly throtteling you. In that case you can do nothing.

I think you have to have the buisness-insights and analytics...

Did you stop using hashtags completely? Are you still not using hashtags? I pretty confused beacuse i just now got into the hashtags and growth methods and engagement groups but everything seems to change...

No i never liked/commented. All my actions were follow or unfollow. That might have contributed to the ban...
