I experienced this alot: I would follow a bunch of people within my IG app and at some point i would press follow but the button doesnt change to "following" but stays the same. Seconds later when i log in my acc with the instagram web version i can follow more people (up to 120 per hour) im doing this for a few weeks now but lately i cant do this even with the web version. Any opinions as to why this did work and now doesnt. Did you experience the same?
Follow limit for the app does not apply for the browser
