Humm Bizarre.. don't think it's a proxy problem... But I use a Moroccan IP & English version of Facebook and it works.

Actualy it works... You just need to change the page's category to "Local business" then naviguate to "Build Audience" > "Invite email contacts". When you're done importing, get your page back to its normal category. =)

To resolve this, just change your page category to "Local business" and the option of adding contacts from a file list will be possible... =). When you're done, you can change it back to whatever category you had at first. Enjoy.
