I just found this tool that makes posting an animated picture on the link format possible. You can either post in your profile or page (using the page ID).
You just have to post your GIF picture in a group and use its URL.

There is a youtube tutorial and all the steps are explained.
PS : It's not my website/app so if anyone can show us how to create our own app, it would be really helpful
