A website is worth what you're willing to pay. I've heard though that 3mo of revenue is a good starting point to list a website. There are always web calculators too. I use Website Worth Calculator .Info and Worth Of Web .com to calculate sites.

I go to a site and use their calculator to 'value' a site. It'll give you estimated traffic, earnings, etc. It's just a starting point, so take it with a grain of salt. The site is: worth of web and there you should find a calculator link. n00b here so I can't insert links yet.

Flippa also increased their cut - on top of the listing fee. It's 10% for existing sites and 15% for new sites. That's just greed. They don't handle any part of the transfer process and therefore don't offer any protection for both buyer and seller. I'd look elsewhere to buy/sell.
