Depends on how high profile your project is. If it's small potatoes, iwould not worry about a lawsuit, worst case you get a cease and desist letter. However, if it is a financially large project, def do not risk it.

Speaking as a non-graphic designer and potential customer, i.e. a layman you are targeting. I think it looks fairly good but I do not understand why the pictures for the reviews are not lined up and spaced apart awkwardly. Besides the strange spacing it looks pretty good.
