You can always block google bots from crawling this subdomain and that will totally solve the problem, as far as i know, google bots should follow the redirects and in such case the subdomain won't be indexed but for some cases such links can be indexed (you can check "site:bit.ly" in google)...

I would advice you to go with some 1gbps vps instead, it will give you a better speed and performance, you can use some free panels to automate all the installations and get it to work :) HostBazzar looks too promising and its VPS deals are so expensive compared to many others

You have to have some knowledge about front end web development, as far as i can see, most of the files are js, HTML, and css, if you can't, you can always hire someone to do so :)
