Someone knows how to pass, for example I have seen that a lot of competition puts restricted words, it is for financial ads, it does not let me place unless I have to call? or someone who does bypass to put the words without leading to revision?

For every campaign you set up there is "always" a chance that a keyword can end up not approved or limited approved. Often what I have found to address the issue is to just call them and explain what the campaign is "if needed" and the manual review process usually clears up any issue regarding the keyword.
