The largest Amazon Affiliate websites get an account manager, and they're usually protected from the affiliate rate cuts that befall the smaller players. Not just protected from rate cuts - they often get special higher rates, especially if they are driving massive traffic through PPC, etc...

That seems strange, does your niche site have a good amount of written content? Have you done your keyword research? Are you using your target keywords in your titles, headings, body text, etc?

I've done a lot of both to my affiliate sites. Anecdotally, PBNs seem to be more effective to rank high competition keywords.

What do you like about the Netflix home page? The design? The email capture form? Have you considered using something like Leadpages?
