Scrape follower from accounts who is not doing follow/unfollow. Look for engagement on the pages where you scrape the follower. You dont really need many accounts to scrape from 2-3 good accounts with organic growth. Check their stats at socialblade. Best luck

Try to do manually follow/unfollow/like till 5k-8k follower before you get a bot, just be safe. Will take you a month (depends on the nishe u in)! Post high quality pics at least 1x day! How many people are u following per hour/daily?
