I wondered about the folowing limit around 7k that a lot of people mentioned on BHW.

Found one account with more than 1m followings. Instagram: fashionchurch

I'm not sure why there are so many of these threads lately asking about the 7,500 limit. It's not like we made up that limit, it's made by Instagram themselves: https://help.instagram.com/408167069251249

Freind read the post properly, he is saying that 1 guy has followed 1m followers, check the account...

I think if you keep a balance between following and followers, you can exceed this limit.

It's because Instagram changed this limit 2 years ago, bad story.

For all the new instagram people, instagram didnt have limits when it first started, so if you followed more than 7500 people BEFORE they put in limits, your account was able to follow as many as you like. These accounts are somewhat rare and if you wanted to buy one, it will be expensive.

I would say that these accounts cannot follow any additional people, right?
So they can only decrease from now on... or they can just set it to follow and never unfollow again?

If you were following over 7.5k before the update that limited you, you can follow unlimited

i just checked this account, this account is following 1.56 million.I have never seen something like this,but is is true
