Domains are worth different amounts to different people dependant on how essential it is to your project. Personally I wouldn't pay more than a registration fee for a domain. But again it's value is up to the buyer I think

I think that is a good amount for the traffic. Earning online niche at the minute is booming because of economic effect of coronavirus so as others have said keep building keep scaling.
