I've heard bad things about Goso. I manage a viral travel account and people in the community have been saying they are using a bot farm since the latest update. Some have even cancelled their accounts and are still getting spammed. A few have complained about shadowbans because of them too.

Thats because F/UF doesnt really work anymore. If anything it gets a spam block on your account. I've talked to someone at Instagram - its a real thing.

Unfortunately no, I wasnt the one submitting the requests. The talent agency did it for the client and they probably have some sort of connection.
