INSTAGRAM INSIGHTS - INCREASE REACH?

hey guys, I'm doing some research here and hoping you can help.

Some of my clients have been "shadow banned" or have had the infamous "spam" filter placed on their account by Instagram. A lot of the reasons are due to Follow/Unfollow - most of them former Instagress users of course.

Right now their content reaches only about 20% of their following. I've seen other accounts reaching as much as 50-75% of their following with each post. Wondering if you guys have any hacks to remove spam blocks or any idea on how to increase impressions from the "Home" feed?

We've been using powerlikes and engagement groups on their accounts but the results haven't changed too much. What I have noticed that works is replying to comments right away, and liking posts on their own home feeds.

These are mostly Instagram Influencer accounts - females in the lifestyle realm.

I also had shadowban on my main account (52k). My posts did not even showed up on the hashtag pages I used.

What worked for me:

• Stopped all activity on the account
• Disconnected it from proxy, and only logged in from my phone
• Stopped using hashtags
• And spent $5 on Instagram promotion

After a week my posts start to show up on the used hashtag pages.

Good to know thanks for sharing your experience. Do you have any idea why for some # my account seems to be shadowbanned?
Also, when you sayin "stopped all activity" do you also mean stop doing stories?

Also depends on the photos you post. I do follow/unfollow and I have never got any so called shadowban. If youbpost good related photos you get good engagement.
And I am even in top by some hashtags.
