I don't know if the current tools have this, but I would really like a way to target -only rebloggers- of a specific post for following. My reasoning being that someone who will reblog that specific niche content will be more likely to reblog yours, than someone who was just momentarily amused.

I do manual following and to me it seems like a bug that sometimes appears in the notes popup; like it clicks through the follow-button and hits the field below instead.
