Still can't find how to check CPU/memory from my server . hm

Can somebody tell me how to check CPU/memory for my server online or in same Cpanel? I not have VPS, just shared hosting and i want to see how much my server have CPU/memory,i am affraid to my site not fall down.(512mb crash)
