How to activate plugin in WP?

I was try to activate one plugin which work with WP trough file zilla,but when i grab plugin from left to right in Filezilla after that i ca't see it in WP plugins.

What i make wrong?

You probably have "active" plugins selected. Click "all" at top of the plugins page.

If you not seeing it in your wordpress panel that means it's not uploaded correctly... BTW did you upload it in correct category? most probably you did it in wrong place...

You can directly upload from your wordpress panel... There is option to upload...

Yes i was try but plugin not appear there...

Take a picture and show me use the free program called jing, just google it.
