Make extra links to that page from different places on your site, and seo that page in the same way you seo your main url.

Depends where you use the accounts. For example, if you're building likes off squidoo, it doesnt really matter, because google has no access to squidoo's server logs to check if 10 users are actually the same person..

Personally I like SeNuke, but it takes a long time to set everything up, but when you do, everything goes smoothly.

I think you gotta make the videos more viral in nature. Give people a reason to share the viewer to share the video with their friends.
