A blog is indeed a great, free idea for starters. Doesn't even have to be about reviews. Anything works. Just have to write a lot of articles and they should be interesting as well. When people start finding the blog, monetize it. SEO is also important but it's not free exactly.

Create a blog where you offer expert Hearthtone strategies and decks. And monetize it with adsense or something else. Easy way to get more than $100, but you need to make the blog popular before you earn anything with it, so it's not a fast way. Fiverr is excellent too if you have any skills...

I use clickbank on my blogs. A lot better than adsense. Requires high quality traffic though, like from google.

My unique and focus campaigns have also dropped to so low amounts that it's not even profitable currently to use for many sites. (1-5 daily, down from 300-800) Though if I use a geo unique campaign instead with 20 countries, I can get even 30x more visits than from a unique campaign. Shouldn't...
