Yes i am uploading the same app just by changing the screenshots, icon, description and package name. and got banned again...:( what else i have to change? please let me know what i should do to upload the same app again like changing class name etc etc.

Ya,App was not according to Google TOS, but only my first account got suspended for "Copyright Violation" all other accounts were suspended bcos of "Prior Violation". and in the first case they blocked the App first and then the Account, all other time it was directly the Account.

VCC's ? I have tried couple of VCC's but they are not even recognized by google. If not a problem can you tell the VCC provider you are using?

I was able to pass "Google wallet payment" bcos i used different credit cards, Now i am out of CC's probably i will have to buy an account from someone and start using it through VPS.
