What about readysim? Did you try them yet? I don't know about them because it reads you get unlimited sms yet only 500 mb worth of data. I don't know how many texts total that is. Doesn't 500 mb of data mean theres a limit to the total amount of text messages you can send?

You could try one of those free apps like 24sms or Textfree. Try looking into smartphone apps. I don't think theres a company that allows bulk sms.

You can try using microworkers. Just make a job about people doing an app review for 10 cents each person. Its pretty cheap and I think it might work.

You could try making a youtube video about your app and relate it to a niche but sending the traffic is the problem. Hitleap doesn't work and vagex and enhanceviews works slow.

I tried sending tons of fake traffic to my youtube channel and it didn't work with hitleap. You can try using vagex or enhanceviews but those two as slow.

I think silent installs are also illegal.
