Interesting thing: they replied to me on email saying that we were unable to charge 50$ from your card, contact your bank for help. But the reality is that 50$ already deducted from my card by Google and bank can't do anything to reverse it.

I explained them every thing but they Thank for replying. Actually my card is from a different country and I wanted to sign-up for a US ads account to use a coupon code. But still they deducted 50$ from my card. Don't know if they gonna refund or not.
