I had my legit credit card hooked up to paypal a year ago when It got banned so its now blacklisted. If I were to order a new credit card from my bank, would paypal instantly blacklist and ban that card also? Just wondering and not sure if they would detect. Wondering what you guys think.

I tried buying a few accounts a while ago but it would always prompt phone verification or something and couldn't get in lol. Anyone know how to get by that?
