I agree with you guys. My Kindle is nice when I am out of the house, but nothing beats a good ol' fashioned book. Just the feel of the book makes all the difference to me.
My routine for productive day:
1.) Wake up early
2.) Pop 2 of my adderal (prescription)
3.) FLY through all my "Have-to-dos"
4.) Do my "like-to-dos"
5.) Rinse and Repeat
I agree with Googling for books. Look for up-to-date ones. Might even want to start HTML5 as that seems to be the "new thing". After that i would do CSS or Javascript.
You could fight it and probably win if everything that you sold is indeed legit and not anything that is regulated by the Feds. But honestly, that would cost you more money than I am sure you would want to put into it. Those BIG Corporations really know how to drag stuff out ( Just got done...
VPN's are always a good idea. But if you are doing anything that could get you in trouble, make sure they specifically say they don't log what you are doing. Example: lolzsec hacker used hidemyass and got nailed because they keep logs.
Hes prolly right on the money here. Keep your eyes peeled in your code for some iframes or blatent html redirects. They will more than likely be in the footer. Although every once in awhile I see them in headers as well.
Vote for WordPress here. Especially if you are running it on your own server. Just seems like you can do more with WP than Blogger. But then again, I have not played with Blogger as much as WP so my vote is kind of biased lol :)
Best way to learn in my opinion as well. Actually how I learned to server admin lol My buddy made me an account with WP on his VPS and said "Now figure out what's broke. Then I'll break it again >:)" Frustrating at times, but "learning by doing it yourself" had always been the way it sticks in...
