I guess my second question was more asking per 1k views how much watch time would each view get about? Such as 1 view = 30 minutes watched.

i was wondering if the High Retention views are a good option for the new Youtube 4,000 hour watch time requirements? If I had a 1 hour long video how many hours of watch time would i expect to get on average for around $10?

Couldn't you just publish an Unlisted video that's 12 hours long and just open it in a few tabs using a VPN? Would think that would get past the hours watched eventually if you leave it run all day.

In the beginning how did you build up your views and subs? Did you pay for any services or use anything specific? Right now I'm using some free exchange sites to do so but its pretty slow.

I use a 60d and it's a great entry level camera that's affordable. The better purchase would be the 70d though, since you can set it to auto focus in real time automatically.
