I am living in India. Can I use entropay VCC or other VCC to start my AdWords? Will it really work in India?

This isn't the case, if you go to fiverr and buy codes they will not work on suspended account. and in my case as I mentioned, small amount is deducted at the time I added credit card for verification. It was successfully added and ran for a day and a half. AdWords Gurus.....Experts....please...

When I called them, the answering machine is not allowing to speak to the customer care. I also emailed them but no reply till now (3 days). My other part of the question is whether virtual credit cards are allowed to use with google adwords payment options as they don't have 3d secure code.
