How are you linking your money sites from the fan pages? Is it just posting an image/story hosted on your money site to the fan page?

Are there any companies that will let you run your adwords ppc campaigns through them without a hefty charge? I don't need anything else other than that. I got my adwords account banned for god knows what, and don't want to have to deal with trying to make a new account.

There are paid services you can use with APIS that will handle updating of initial odds in correlation to other bookmakers. After that, the software should adjust odds automatically to try and keep the action as even as possible. Again, frameworks for all this is already out there in spades...
