How many likes in like 10 minutes did you get to get on the pop page? I'm also now at 200k and get 700-900 likes in 10 minutes and like 2-3k in 1 hour.

What do you exactly mean by that? I WAS on the Suggested User list, I'm not on it for a long time! And I never got on the pop page... And I think that many likes come from non-followers, because of my likebot.

Yes, it's a bug. Just follow or unfollow someone and your count will jump back to normal!
