i don't think this update is about links, i see website who just using 15$ per month Pbn network is unaffected by this update (my competitor) and they receiving boost , November update might because of links but maybe 14 jan update wasn't but i might be wrong

Hello Some of my blog Got hit by Yoast attachment penalty ( where the plugin index attachment page creating low quality pages ) i did set those pages as 410 Gone but still its taking forever for google to remove those pages I read this articles...

if it hacked pages ..set no index if the page is still up ..but if the page removed set them to 410 or 404 ..let the bot crawled after that block the directory using robots txt

so create block of text located on homepage with our link inside those text paragraph? or Create Post and make that post sticky on homepage with description with our links but this resulting 2 inbound links ,one from homepage and the other one from post link ?
