Apart from the suggestions made in previous comments - This site might be involved in getting fake search traffic to their website. Google mentioned somewhere that it ranks websites higher, if that particular page is getting high search traffic. Google makes this judjement based on probability...

Bing webmaster made recent updates, that could be the reason. Did you try its Site Scan tool? Check if Bing is able to crawl your pages. Also check with robots.txt tester, and sitemap tool. Try to re-submit all those URL using its bulk URL upload tool. (you can upload maximum 10,000 URLs per day)

I've observed some sites having less backlinks (and with less MoZ DA, UA, Ahref's DR and UR) are ranking higher; and those sites having hundreads of high DA backlinks (excluding disavow) they rank on 3rd page. So not sure if these updates are only related with links. There is something else as well.
