Well, I'm from Bulgaria. I have heard the copyright terms are different in each country, but I never heard about any copyright problems in my country. I use intro templates and youtube commercials that I edit to use it to sell them on Fiverr. Soooo....most likely I would just get banned in case...

If you sell some templates or use some intro from youtube and edit them, then sell them. Or if you sell edited videos from youtube like commercials. Can you get a lawsuit? Like getting fined and stuff like this.

Guys this method won't really work with adult videos. I suggest trying something with Facebook/Tumlr/Twitter. Just promote the link, try to get sign-ups(leads or paid) from people.
