If you sell some templates or use some intro from youtube and edit them, then sell them.
Or if you sell edited videos from youtube like commercials.

Can you get a lawsuit? Like getting fined and stuff like this.

You need to search Fiverr "For Five Dollars I Will Be Your Lawyer".

Well, I'm from Bulgaria. I have heard the copyright terms are different in each country, but I never heard about any copyright problems in my country. I use intro templates and youtube commercials that I edit to use it to sell them on Fiverr.

Soooo....most likely I would just get banned in case something happens, right?
I'm just concerned, please don't be mean with me :-(

Yes, realistically there are other more serious issues for law enforcement to deal with than a tiny fry in Bulgaria breaking copyright laws. Sure, you can also get hit by a meteorite but I suppose you still get out of your house without a tinfoil hat.

People aren't going to sue the fiverr guy. They will sue the client buying the junk templates.

You don't have to worry about a lawsuit. Even if you were sued which is unlikely you don't actually have to pay up. It takes a lot of trouble for somene to collect a judgement epically if they are from another nation.
