Google will index spun content, it may apply panda penalty. I would only recommend spun content on serp shaker (large authority/local) type sites where Google's Panda penalties do not seem to apply as much.

Can't deposit visitors into the bank. Cashflow of a site is all that matters at the end of the day. The other factors give you an indication of size of market, ability for improvement of site's conversion. But if it has no cashflow now it isn't worth much.
