Hi, Is there any delay to wait between posting a video on youtube and buying views ? Should i wait like 1 hour or 12 hours before to buy views ?

I tried CSA, support is about 1 week to respond. For the cheapest comments i need to contact him or it will never launch :) For the rest, views don't seem to drop, it might rank your videos (i ranked some with a new channel, other didn't really like 2-4 view a day now but its average quality...
