How long should i wait before to BUY VIEWS ?

Is there any delay to wait between posting a video on youtube and buying views ?

Should i wait like 1 hour or 12 hours before to buy views ?

The startup time of each service varies, with some delays being negligible and others being relatively long, mainly depending on the quality of the service you purchase. I have used the service of ifollower.org before, and the service that starts immediately has no delay.

I'm not asking about panels delay but is it safe to buy views quickly or better to wait ? I've seen some videos blocked after a quick add of views for like 2 days without any views.
