same thing happened with me a while back, i ended having to get a new phone so i could access my pages, i think facebook somehow connects all the devices you use often to your accounts which is why they keep getting banned

If you haven't setup a pixel for your site make sure you do and then retarget all the people who took further steps into the purchase process but didn't fully convert. Also ensure you are using graphics that are suitable in marketing to your niche and grabbing your potential client's attention...
