We had a client a few years back with a luxury high rise in either Miami or Jax with only 3 occupied units. With so few occupants they didn't want to higher full time maint. staff, so most requests went ignored. So I don't doubt some will sell off all they have for what ever they can get ;).

On a typical project we invest time (which costs money when you have employees), and if we don't see any uptake, we move on to the next idea. But we are lucky to have money already and the ability to pay for the time it takes to develop an idea.

I agree 100%. It is sick. It is also pointless, due to how large the underground actually is, there are a million people jumping on the exploitation bandwagon, and they will make a few bucks, but nothing even worth the payback karma will bring.

What was your case number? It gets sent to you right after you submit an email. There are 0 open cases in the support system (meaning they were all replied to, can't close a case without a response).
